Jester King Twilight Oblivion 750ml

$43.10

Twilight Oblivion, is brewed by Jester King in collaboration with another brewery in Cedar Park, Texas called the Red Horn Coffee House & Brewing Co.

The process starts with, the brewing of a Farmhouse Baltic Porter at the Red Horn brewery. The wort from the beer is reused by Jester King, which is then fermented in a horizontal tank with lager yeast from the same Red Horn brewery. Then Mourvèdre grapes which are harvested at the Wildseed Farms from the Wedding Oak Winery in Fredericksburg, Texas is added, and refermentation takes place. Jester King’s adds in a mix of culture of brewers yeast, native yeast, and bacteria to complete the process.

Twilight Oblivion is reconditioned naturally in kegs and bottles.

Jester King beers are fermented with wild yeast which makes each release slightly different in the bottle. The beers can be kept for a couple of years to further age in the bottle.
